Typical. Just typical. I got a new face cream, one that I haven’t used before, and I was all excited about it. I first started using it the night before, and it was awesome. So I continued… and then. Well this morning something a little different happened. And because I have way too much vanity to post a real picture of what happened, I decided to draw it.

My face fucking ballooned!!! It’s gone down considerably since it’s been a few hours now, but still. It was worrying because I had appointments today (which I had to cancel) and tomorrow is my GRADUATION CEREMONY. You know, that thing where you are IMMORTALISED in a photo to be displayed in your house FOREVER. Yeah. That. Luckily all signs point towards it calming down and going back to normal before tomorrow. Otherwise I would have to wear a brown paper bag over my head, not kidding. Just another day.

/ May 13, 2010I know how that goes. I used this face wash/mask combo stuff a while back and had a reaction that involved a terrible itching and burning sensation. My face was very red and tender for a day or two.

I’m guessing that a balloon face photo would not be included in the regular batch of decent looking photos of yourself that you circulate to your friends under the title: ‘these are the photos of me to be used for newspaper and media coverage just in case I get kidnapped- do NOT use that picture of me at last years Christmas party or any photo that my mother recommends’. (- Because everyone does this right?- I only add that because my girlfriend does not deem this a normal thing to do!?!)
